Watch a closed rhinoplasty, minus the gross bloody part

This animation demonstrates pretty much what I'm having done, the closed rhinoplasty. Doc explained this to me, but I'd sort of pushed out of my mind the part where they saw off the top of the nose and crack the bones together. It's a gruesome-looking operation but at the same time makes you appreciate the delicate work that plastic surgeons do.
